This past September long weekend, I spent time with my Dad on the family farm. I had been planning this photoshoot for months, and the timing finally worked out perfectly. It only required an awesome sunset, a smoke machine, and some serious biker vibes lol. Here’s only a couple shots from that session, but I will post more in the months to come. Although photographers typically use models for personal projects, I prefer the challenge of capturing real people in their authentic environments. Beside, I think everyone needs a fun portrait like this, especially our hard working dads!
This beautiful baby boy was a dream to photograph as he decided to sleep the entire session! This in-home session took place in Coaldale, and the new parents Adanech and Ben were excited to be photographed with their first child. These photos at 2 week old are memories that can be treasured for years to come.
It was an early Saturday morning with this lovely family, and it was the perfect day for family photos down at the river bottom. It's always a special moment to capture three generations in one session!
